
Vocational Skill Fair organized in Government School
Chandigarh: Vocational Skill Fair under Samgra Shiksha Chandigarh was inaugurated and visited by the Chief Guest Mrs. Satinder Dhawan at Government Senior Secondary School 37D Chandigarh with the support of Bhai Ghanaia Self Help Group and Social Substas Chandigarh Ji and congratulated the children on Children's Day.

On this occasion, KK Saini Chairman Society Ji said that in this fair, with the support of the school, skin and care, sewing and embroidery, mobile repair, reading books, live painting, mehndi poster competition, clean clothes for needy children and pencil boxes, bags, pencil boxes made by the children of the society, yoga stall by the school, IT stall and information about the welfare works of girls, exhibition work sale by the students of Bhai Ghanaia Ji Self Help Group and other things that girls can make by hand.
The stalls were set up at these stalls and through the school volunteers, the school students were motivated to take technical education along with their studies through the teachers of the society so that these children can complete their studies and also help their families financially by working. The society is providing six-month courses to girls free of cost in Mataur Suhana Mauli Vaidwan Bahlolpur in Mohali district.
At the end of the course, the girls are given sewing machines, beauty parlor kits and mobile repair kits by the society. Apart from this, Bhai Ghanaiya Ji Society also set up food stalls for girls like bel pari and kulche chana. Apart from this, the society gave away copy pencils, old clean clothes to the school children and prizes to the school students who participated in the competition.
On this occasion, Principal Ash Rani Mela Coordinator Ajay Sharma, Dr. Asha Katoch, Dr. Arun Bansal, Social Subs, Artist JS Doli, all the staff of the school and Bhai Ghanaiya Ji Society teachers Simran Meena and Priyanka and volunteers of the society Hazar Bhasan were present. On this occasion, pictures and pamphlets about the Municipal Corporation cleanliness campaign were distributed.
