Four girl students of Government Senior Secondary School Hajipur School left for McLeodganj for adventure course

Hoshiarpur: Four girl students of PM Shri Government Senior Secondary School, Hajipur are leaving for a ten-day adventure course in McLeodganj, Himachal Pradesh. In this regard, school principal Sanjeev Kumar said that under the guidance of District Education Officer (Senior Secondary) Hoshiarpur Mrs. Lalita Arora and under the leadership of Assistant Director Youth Services Department Ravi Dara, the program officer of the National Service Scheme unit of the school, Samarjit Singh Lecturer, is making a commendable contribution for the all-round development of the students.

Due to this initiative, four students of class 10+2, Rani, Geetika, Mehak and Surinder have got the opportunity to join the ten-day training course, which is an important achievement for the school. He said that the National Service Scheme plays a very important and beneficial role in the all-round development of the students.
NSS Program Officer Samarjit Singh said that 50 girl students from Hoshiarpur, Kapurthala and Jalandhar districts are participating in this course being organized by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Mountaineering and Allied Sports Institute Manali in McLeodganj from 8 to 17 December, out of which 17 are from Hoshiarpur district and four are from SSS Hajipur School.
He said that the National Service Unit of the school is successfully organizing programs with full enthusiasm under the leadership of Principal Sanjeev Kumar as per the departmental instructions. Lecturer Parvinder Singh Gill, Narinder Singh, Tajinder Singh and others were present on this occasion.
