Inter-school Satyug Sangeet Utsav organized at Sikh National College Banga

Nawanshahr/Banga: Satyug Darshan Sangeet Kala Kendra organized the 17th Satyug Kala and Sangeet Utsav in collaboration with Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder, Principal of Sikh National College Banga. In which inter-school art, music and dance competitions were organized. Eminent political leader Satvir Singh Palli Jhikki (former Chairman, District Planning Board) was present as the chief guest in this event.

In which inter-school art, music and dance competitions were organized. Eminent political leader Satvir Singh Palli Jhikki (former Chairman, District Planning Board) was present as the chief guest in this event.
Sardar Jarnail Singh Palli Jhikki (Secretary, Local Administrative Committee) was also present with him. The event was inaugurated by lighting the Shama. In which apart from the guests, Satyug Darshan Sangeet Kala Kendra Principal Deependra Kant and competition judges Prof. Rampal Banga, Prof. Harjinder Aman and Prof. Ritika Mehra were present.
On this occasion, while meeting the students face to face, Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder said that the role of these competitions is important in connecting the youth with spiritual education. Giving information about this program, Mr. Deependra Kant said that about 200 students from eight schools of the district participated in these competitions.
Chief guest Satvir Singh Palli Jhikki told the students that along with physical knowledge, spiritual knowledge is also needed to lead life in a successful direction. On this occasion, competitions of classical singing (solo), group singing, group dance (devotional), group dance (folk), rangoli and classical dance were organized. In which the students participated enthusiastically. The teams that came in first place were selected for the semi-final round.
On this occasion, Dr. Indu Ratti, Prof. Gurpreet Singh, School Incharge Jatinder Mohan, Prof. Mohan Singh, Prof. Ruby, Prof. Anita, teachers from various schools and all members of Satyug Darshan Sangeet Kala Kendra were present.
