
Full diet with dal, vegetable, kadhi, chapati and rice for 80 rupees
Una, November 8 - Full diet of rice, chapati with dal, vegetable and curry can be sold at the food available at the dhabas in Una district for Rs 80 while half diet of a plate of rice with dal and vegetable can be sold for a maximum price of Rs 50. District Magistrate Jatin Lal has issued this notification under the Hoarding and Profiteering Prevention Order 1977 and has fixed the maximum prices of essential commodities in the district so that quality essential commodities can be made available to the common people and consumers in the market at reasonable prices.

According to the notification, Chapati Tawa has been priced at Rs 7 and Tandoori at Rs 8, special vegetable at Rs 70 per plate, stuffed parantha with pickle at Rs 30, special dal at Rs 70, full plate of rice at Rs 50, raita at Rs 50 per plate, meat 5 pieces 200 grams with curry at Rs 130, chicken price has been fixed at Rs 110 per plate with curry for 5 pieces 200 grams. Apart from this, two Bhatura with chickpeas or vegetables can be sold for Rs 55, chickpea samosa at Rs 30 and two samosa chickpeas for Rs 50 per plate. Similarly, milk products include milk at Rs 60 per liter, paneer at Rs 320 and curd at Rs 70 per kilogram. He said that cold drinks of all brands can be sold at the fixed rates of maximum retail price.
Meat 500 and chicken broiler 220 rupees per kg
In Una district, the price of goat and sheep meat will be Rs. 500 per kg, pork meat will be Rs. 250 per kg, broiler chicken will be Rs. 220 per kg, live chicken will be Rs. 150 per kg, broiler dressed will be Rs. 210 per kg while the price of fish will be the maximum amount fixed by the fisheries department.
Put a rate list in front of your shop
Jatin Lal said that it will be mandatory to display the rate list of items signed by the owner or partner or manager of the selling establishment along with date at the entrance of the establishment. Apart from this, every seller or shopkeeper will issue a cash memo to the consumer, whose duplicate copy will be kept with him for inspection. Apart from this, he said that the fixed prices will remain applicable for the next one month. These rates will not be applicable to hotels and restaurants registered with the Tourism Department.
