Garhshankar, November 1 - Diwali, the festival of light and joy, which is celebrated with great enthusiasm across the country and abroad, is full of sweets, crackers and fireworks, which also causes environmental pollution; Today, the students of seventh and third class of SBS Model High School inspired people to celebrate Hari Diwali and the same friendly Diwali by performing a street play.

 In which the message was given not to use firecrackers, to use only clay lamps and to make rangoli and decorate the house with the help of naturally obtained colors. With which we can make our environment pollution free. Along with this, competitions related to rangoli, poetry, debate, speech competition were also organized in different classes keeping Diwali festival as the main focus.
Managing Director of the school Mrs. Surinder Kaur Bains and Principal Mrs. Jaspreet Kaur while addressing the students and all the staff members inspired them to celebrate Hari Diwali; And wished the residents of the area on Diwali, Bandi Chhor Divas, Vishwakarma Divas and Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
