Mahilpur- Senior Vice President of Olympian Jarnail Singh Memorial Football Tournament Committee Garhshankar and retired SP Shivinderjit Singh Bains was deeply shocked when his younger brother Sardar Charanjit Singh Calgary (Canada) passed away suddenly at the age of 62.
Sardar Charanjit Singh, General Secretary of Olympian Jarnail Singh Football Committee Calgary (Canada), performed brilliantly in the football team of Khalsa College Mahilpur, while he has also shown his mettle in Punjab University Chandigarh. He also proved his mettle in the JCT Football Club for a long time. Charanjit Singh has been supporting sports and social work.
His demise is an irreparable loss to the family, the sports world and the Olympian Jarnail Singh Memorial Football Tournament Committee and Principal Harbhajan Singh Sporting Club Mahilpur.
