Mohali- In exercise of powers conferred under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke has cancelled the license of Worlin Education Service Firm.
The Additional District Magistrate informed that Worlin Education SCF. No. 24, 2nd Floor, Phase 11, Tehsil Mohali, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, owner Mr. Bhagwan Singh (Proprietor) son of Mr. Nihal Singh resident of House No. B-36, D.S. Estate, Dhakauli, Zirakpur, Tehsil Derabassi, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, was issued a license No. 247/IC dated 26.11.2018 for consultancy work. The validity of this license has expired on 25.12.2023.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner informed that due to non-submission of monthly report by the licensee as per the Act/Rules and Advisory and non-renewal of the license for advertisement/seminar conducted by the firm and non-response/clarification to the notice and non-compliance of the clauses of the license, the firm and the licensee, in exercise of the powers vested in them under the provisions of Section 6(1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, have revoked/cancelled the license No. 247/IC dated 26.11.2018 issued to Worlin Education Service with immediate effect.
Apart from this, as per the Act/Rules, if in future any complaint etc. is received against the said company/firm/partnership or its licensees/directors/partners of the firm, then the said company/director/partner/licensee will be responsible in every respect for it and will also be responsible for compensating for it.
