
Preparations for Mata Shri Chintapurni Festival are in full swing
Una, August 30 - Preparations are in full swing for the three-day Mata Shri Chintapurni Mahotsav being organized for the first time in Una district. The district administration is making every possible effort to present this event as divine and grand. The departments will also set up their development exhibitions in the festival. Apart from this, cultural evenings will be its main attraction.
The Deputy Commissioner said that auditions for artists to participate in the cultural programs of the festival will be held in the auditorium of Amb College from September 2 to 4. Interested artists can send their applications to the email address [email protected] You can send it to them. He informed that eminent artists and participants and prize winners of national level competitions will be exempted from auditions.
Submit article for souvenir
Apart from this, the Deputy Commissioner has urged art and literature lovers to send their articles for the colourful souvenir of Mata Shri Chintapurni Mahotsav. In the souvenir, articles based on the history, traditions, heritage, cultural and literary heritage of Mata Shri Chintapurni Temple and other informative material will be published. Interested persons can send their articles to the email address given above till September 7.
