Chandigarh, June 23 - Haryana Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini expressed grief over the demise of Smt. Parameshwari Devi (91 years), mother of former Finance Minister Captain Abhimanyu.
The Chief Minister reached her residence in Rohtak and expressed his condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the peace of the departed soul.
The Chief Minister paid tribute to Smt. Parameshwari Devi by offering flowers to her photo. The Chief Minister said that Mata Parameshwari Devi was a religious woman and she always worked for the welfare of the society and the poor.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini while talking to media persons said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has done the work of making people aware about environmental protection by giving the message of naming a tree after Mother.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister planted a sapling of Triveni at the residence of former Finance Minister Captain Abhimanyu. On this occasion, former Education Minister Shri Ram Bilas Sharma, former MP Shri Ramesh Kaushik, former MLA Shri Leela Ram Somet and other persons were present.
