According to the villagers, Jasbir was hardworking since childhood. After studying up to 12th grade, he dreamed of going abroad to improve his family's condition. His younger brother Narveer Singh said that in 2023, the family contacted an agent and sent him to Europe first and then to America by taking a loan of 30 lakh rupees. Everyone had hoped that Jasbir would earn in a foreign country, repay the debt, and improve the family's condition.
Jasbir used to call home every morning. In the last conversation on Saturday, he had said that everything was fine. But on Monday, a call came from his friend, and the family was informed that Jasbir had died of a heart attack. This news shook the ground beneath the mother and younger brother's feet.
