Garhshankar- A meeting of the active members of Kirti Kisan Union Block Garhshankar was held at village Sikanderpur in which it was decided to join the anti-coercion protest rally being held in Sangrur on July 25;
Addressing the meeting, the state vice president of the organization, Harmesh Singh Dhesi and district secretary Kulwinder Singh Chahal said that the Punjab government has been imposing an unannounced emergency in the state for a long time. The right to protest is being taken away from the farmers.
