Nawanshahr- A very good deed was done today in village Barnala Kalan. The Bhagat Puran Singh Lok Sewa Trust established there provided sewing machines to girls. These girls were being taught sewing by this trust for a whole year, for which training certificates were also provided....
This work was done at Gurdwara Sadh Sangat... Dr. Kulwinder Singh Dhahan, President of Guru Nanak Mission Medical and Educational Trust Dhahan Kaleran, performed this ceremony with his Kar Kamals. He encouraged the administrators and wished the girls a bright future. Trust Chairman Harprabh Mehal Singh also shared information about the entire services being performed in the courtyard of village Barnala Kalan.
From the stage, the services of the center in-charge Madam Paramjit Kaur for training the said girls were appreciated. Social worker Jaspal Singh Gidda, former District Education Officer Dilbagh Singh, Mahinder Singh, Sucha Singh, Chain Singh, Master Harbhajan Singh, Raghveer Singh, Vasdev Pardesi, Avtar Singh Gora etc. were also present on this occasion.
