These words were expressed by Narendra Ajnoha, President of the Government Teachers Union of Block Kot Fatuhi, and General Secretary Unkar Singh during a meeting at Kot Fatuhi. The leaders said that on one hand the teachers are engaged in BLO duty, the September exams have come. On the other hand, the Education Department is forcing the teachers to spend the grants quickly.
For example, the school grant which teachers have to spend throughout the year according to time and need. But nowadays, the department, along with issuing this school grant and all other grants, issues usage certificates and grants to teachers only with an order, which creates mental pressure on the teachers. Teachers are involved in Ulas, Mission Samarth, Swashta Pakhwada, BLO duty and many other non-academic works and students are being deprived of their right to receive education.
The leaders demanded from the higher authorities that the teachers should not be forced to spend the grant quickly and the burden of their non-academic work should be reduced. On this occasion, Narinder Ajnoha, Onkar Singh, Sagli Ram, Umesh Kumar, Ajay Kumar, Sukhjeevan Singh, Pritpal Singh, Sandeep Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar Rajan and Surinder Singh were present.
