Chandigarh, August 17 - Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini today announced development projects worth more than Rs 300 crore in a big gift to the Narwana assembly constituency. These projects will provide a new momentum and direction to the comprehensive and balanced development of Narwana city and the surrounding area.

The Chief Minister was addressing the Thank You and Development Rally organized in Narwana today. This rally was organized by the state's Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Mr. Krishan Kumar Bedi.
Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that the state government is continuously striving to bring the flow of development to every sector and every class, working on the basic mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas. In this series, a large number of development works are being started in Narwana, giving priority to it.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister announced that the drinking water system of Narwana city will be connected to canal water at a cost of Rs 45 crore. Along with this, the sewerage of the city will be strengthened at a cost of Rs 75 crore 87 lakh.
With which the people will get relief from the problems that have been going on for a long time. He said that the storm water drainage system of Narwana city will also be completed soon at a cost of Rs 31 crore 65 lakh.
To make the transport system easy, the Chief Minister said that a railway overpass will be constructed at railway crossing number-2 on the Narwana-Tohana road and a ROB will also be constructed at railway crossing number-137 on the old Hisar road in Narwana city. About Rs 60 crore will be spent on these two projects.
The Chief Minister announced that a new veterinary hospital building will be constructed in village Aramgarh at a cost of Rs 40 lakh once the land is available. An amount of Rs 4.30 crore will be provided for the construction of rooms in various government schools in Narwana assembly constituency.
With which the students will be able to get better educational facilities. He said that the reconstruction of four different grain markets of Narwana assembly constituency will be done at a cost of Rs 5 crore.
The Chief Minister announced to provide Rs 5 crore for the reconstruction of the water supply from Tohana to Dhamtan Sahib. Apart from this, the Chief Minister announced to provide an amount of Rs 51 lakh for the construction of a pipeline for drinking water from Narwana Minor to village Bhikhewala, which will provide better drinking water supply to the people of the area.
The Chief Minister announced Rs 1 crore 7 lakh for laying pipeline for drinking water supply in village Bhana Brahman. Also, canal based water supply distribution system and strengthening will be done in various villages of the assembly at a cost of Rs 35 crore.
The Chief Minister announced Rs 5 crore for special construction of old National Highway-65 in Danoda, Rs 3 crore 50 lakh for construction of roads from village Bhikhewala to Farin, Khurd Kalan to Kaloda Khurd and from village Kalwan to Dhamtan Juleda. He will construct an additional PWD rest house at a cost of Rs 9 crore 50 lakh in Narwana city.
The Chief Minister while announcing said that five roads of 18.54 km length in Narwana assembly constituency will be specially constructed at a cost of Rs 6 crore 96 lakh. Apart from this, 37 roads of 180.14 km length of the assembly constituency, which are in defect period, will be repaired soon with the concerned agencies.
Apart from this, the Chief Minister announced to provide a separate amount of Rs. 5 crore for beautification of Dada Rameshwar Tirtha in Danoda and development works in Narwana assembly constituency.
Announcing this, the Chief Minister said that a new bus stand of 9 bays will be constructed in Narwana. Along with this, a new office for the municipality will be inaugurated and a new sector of Haryana Urban Development Authority will be developed in Narwana once the land is available.
The existing 50-bed civil hospital of Narwana will be upgraded to 100 beds. A new building for Priority Health Center in Amargarh village and a Sub Health Center building in Bidharana village will be constructed. Apart from this, the Chief Minister also announced the construction of a new stadium in village Kaloda Khurd of Narwana assembly constituency.
On this occasion, Public Works Minister Shri Ranbir Gangwa, Assembly Deputy Speaker Dr. Krishna Kumar Midda, Rajya Sabha MP Subhash Barala and other dignitaries were also present.
