Hansi: – Under the Congress Jan Abhiyan, a huge conference of workers was organized in Jat Dharamshala Hansi, in which a large number of women and youth participated. The program was conducted under the guidance of Honorable Chaudhary Birendra Singh and under the leadership of senior Congress leader and newly appointed Vice Chairman of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Brijendra Singh. The program was presided over by former minister Atar Singh Saini, while the stage was conducted by Gayatri Devi. On this occasion, former MLA Shankar Bhardwaj, Virendra Kirori, Rajveer Sandhu, Vijay Kaushik, Udayveer Singh Punia, Joginder Singh, Dharamveer Goyat, Bir Singh Dalal, Prem Singh Malik, Deepesh, Daljit Panghal, Suresh Goyal, Suresh Valmiki, Manoj Rathi, Dr. Sakshi, Mrs. Veena, Rajesh Kharb, Vikas Bidlan, Raghuveer Ranga, Ashok Siwach and Dilbagh Dhanda, Harikesh Sarpanch, Sudesh Jamwadi, Suresh Ladwa Suman and a large number of Congress workers were present. In his address, Chaudhary Birendra Singh called upon the workers to strengthen the Congress Party and Rahul Gandhi with complete unity.
He said that the BJP government is neglecting the farmers and the working class. Today farmers and youth need employment and opportunities, not empty promises. Chaudhary Birendra Singh said that "We have to strengthen the Congress and Rahul Gandhi's Congress, not in the name of any particular person." Chief guest of today's program, National Spokesperson of Congress Party and Vice Chairman of Foreign Affairs Department of Congress, former MP Brijendra Singh, in his speech strongly raised important issues like increasing unemployment in the state, criminalization, Agniveer Yojana implemented in the army, vote theft and threat to the Constitution.
He said that the work of organization building has been started by the Congress Central leadership, for which he thanked Rahul Gandhi. Brijendra Singh called for a state-wide tour to raise the issues of society and youth. Permission for this tour has been obtained from the Congress Central leadership and it will be started soon.
