SAS Nagar, December 6: As part of the campaign being run by the Municipal Corporation team against illegal encroachments in Auhir, the goods of street vendors were removed in Phase 2, 3, B2, Phase 4, Phase 5 and Phase 7. 
On this occasion, the illegal encroachments were removed by the Municipal Corporation team under the leadership of Superintendent Anil Kumar. Anil Kumar said that the corporation is continuously running a campaign against illegal encroachments, under which encroachments are removed from different places every day. 
He said that the people living in Phase 2 face a lot of problems due to the sellers of old furniture. These people collect and keep goods around the trees, which was also causing damage to the trees. In this regard, the residents had complained to the Municipal Corporation, on which the Municipal Corporation team took action and removed this material.
