Mohali, 25 September:- Punjabi singer Harinder Har, associated with Punjabi heritage and culture, released his new song ‘Dade Di Paili’ during a press conference held at the Mohali Press Club today. Colonel Jasdeep Singh Sandhu, Advisor, Civil Military Affairs, Western Command, attended the event as the chief guest.
‘Dade Di Paili’ highlights the soil of Punjab, the ancestral land of forefathers and emotions associated with rural life. Through the song, the pain of selling land built through the hard work of ancestors, amid the trend among today’s younger generation towards urban glamour and migration abroad, has been portrayed. Harinder Har has earlier also presented several songs related to Punjabi heritage, culture and religious sentiments to listeners. Instead of vulgarity, Harinder Har has always given preference to clean singing rooted in Punjabi heritage.
Colonel Jasdeep Singh Sandhu said on the occasion that preserving ancestral land is our responsibility. He appealed to the youth to adopt agriculture as a profession while staying in the country instead of migrating abroad and to create employment opportunities for others.
The song has been prepared under the guidance of director Gurwinder Baidwan, with lyrics written by Dev and music composed by G Sonu. The videography has been done by Kuljit Shergill. The song has been produced and released under the label of Harinder Har Music. Actress Jaspreet Kaur, Kamal Sharma, Davinder Kaur Dhillon, Harmanjeet Singh, Gurjinder Singh and Paramjit Pammi Manauli, along with the team associated with the song, were present on the occasion.
