Garhshankar, October 3 (Hari Krishan Gangar):- Under the ‘Mann De Munafe’ campaign being conducted by the Aam Aadmi Party across Punjab, a door-to-door membership and public outreach campaign was launched in Garhshankar Assembly constituency. As part of the campaign, party leaders and workers went door-to-door and interacted with people in Saila Khurd village under the leadership of Advocate Charanjit Singh Channi, constituency organizational in-charge of the Aam Aadmi Party.

On the occasion, the party’s block presidents, village presidents and in-charges of various wings also took responsibility for taking the campaign forward in their respective areas. Party workers interacted directly with people and informed them about the ideology of the Aam Aadmi Party, the work being carried out by the government and various public welfare schemes.

Advocate Charanjit Singh Channi said that the strength of any political party is based on its grassroots workers and direct contact with the people. He said that the main objective of the door-to-door campaign is to reach out to people, listen to their views, suggestions and problems, and establish direct communication with them.

He said that the membership campaign would be taken to every village and every household in Garhshankar Assembly constituency. For this purpose, different responsibilities have been assigned to party office-bearers and workers. He appealed to all party office-bearers and workers to work with mutual unity and make the campaign reach as many people as possible.

He said that continuous contact with people would be maintained to further strengthen the party’s activities at the grassroots level and more people would be connected with the membership campaign.

On the occasion, Kamaljit Singh Jassowal, Hari Krishan, Praveen Sekhowal, Dr. Daljit Singh Sarpanch, Harkamal Singh, Mintu Saila and Jaswinder Singh, among a large number of party volunteers and workers, were present.
