Ambala, October 9 (R. Singh):- A team of expert assessors from Christian Medical College (CMC), Ludhiana, led by Dr. William Bhatti, visited Philadelphia Mission Hospital, Ambala City, established in 1883, today. The primary objective of the visit was to further improve the quality of healthcare services, strengthen patient safety standards, promote continuous improvement in medical services and enhance the hospital’s quality standards towards NABH Level 6 accreditation. The initiative focuses on continuous improvement in clinical excellence, patient-centred care, infection control, safety standards and organisational practices.

On the occasion, Dr. Sunil Kumar Sadik, Director of Philadelphia Hospital, thanked the expert team and said that providing quality healthcare services was one of the hospital’s top priorities. He said that such expert guidance helps improve the hospital’s functioning and enables it to provide patients with safer, more reliable and better treatment.

Hospital Administrator Amit Kapoor also appreciated the collaboration, emphasising its importance and the need for active participation by every department and staff member. Those present on the occasion included Hospital Director Dr. Sunil Kumar Sadik, Administrator Amit Kapoor, doctors, nursing staff and members of the Quality Department, including Dr. S. M.
