Gift of hostel for girls in Haroli College, approval of 4.99 crores received due to efforts of Deputy Chief Minister.
Haroli, July 19- Another historic step has been taken in Prof. Simmi Agnihotri Government College, giving priority to the education and safety of girls. The state government has given administrative and financial approval of about 5 crores for the construction of a 60-bed girls hostel in Prof. Simmi Agnihotri Government College Haroli, Haroli.

The state government has given administrative and financial approval of about 5 crores for the construction of a 60-bed girls hostel in Prof. Simmi Agnihotri Government College Haroli, Haroli.
The Director of Higher Education Department has given instructions to take necessary steps in this regard. This approval has been given under the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA), so that safe, convenient and quality residential facilities can be provided to the girl students.
College Principal Prof. Ranveer Dadwal said that BSNL has been appointed as the executive agency for the construction work of the hostel, and an amount of about Rs 5 crore has been approved for the work. He said that the construction of the hostel will provide opportunities for higher education to the girl students of rural areas and they will become self-reliant.
It is noteworthy that Haroli College is being developed as a multi-faceted and excellent educational institution due to the continuous efforts of Deputy Chief Minister and Haroli MLA Mukesh Agnihotri. The building of Haroli College is almost ready at a cost of Rs 16 crore.
Where classes of MA and other degree courses as well as professional courses have started from this academic session. Here, along with humanities, science, commerce stream, professional courses and other degree courses including music in fine arts will also be available. This hostel will prove to be helpful in providing higher education opportunities to girl students of rural areas and making them self-reliant.
