This budget serves the interests of corporate houses. The central government has increased the ICDS scheme by 5 paise per child in this budget, which is a bad joke. There has been no increase in the budget of MNREGA workers. Recently, the working days of the workers were attacked by cutting 10 thousand crores from the budget.
There is no mention of MSP for farmers. The economic condition of the workers is very bad. It is pathetic and no effort has been made to improve it. The Finance Minister said in his speech that ICDS scheme is the backbone but without any increase in the budget, the minister's speech has no value.
The leaders said that if the purchasing power of the poor people of the country does not increase, then the country cannot progress. This budget strengthens a handful of corporate houses.
