Help desk set up for students aspiring for technical education Deputy Commissioner

Hoshiarpur:- Giving information regarding the online registration started for admission in various technical colleges of Punjab in the new session, Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain said that a help desk has been set up at the local Pandit Jagat Ram Government Polytechnic College for the convenience of interested students, which will provide necessary information to the students aspiring for technical education.
Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain said that students who have passed 10th can take admission in the first year of Engineering Diploma, while students who have passed ITI (two years), 12th Vocational, 12th Science can take admission in the second year.
She said that in the current competitive era, technical education has a very important place and special duties have been assigned to the staff in the government polytechnic college regarding online registration of interested students as well as obtaining various technical education. He said that online registration for these courses has started, which interested students should take advantage of. Giving more information in this regard, College Principal Rajesh Kumar said that a special guidance cell has also been established to provide information to the students and their parents about the technical courses being run across the state. He said that the cell is providing valuable information about the various engineering diploma courses and pharmacy courses being run at the college.
