Patiala:- Basant Ritu Youth Club Tripari Patiala in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, organized a child development camp at Hindu Public Senior Secondary School Tripari Patiala. It was presided over by Santosh Lalvani, founder of Basant Ritu Club Tripari Patiala. The chief guest of this program was Mr. Sukhdev Singh Shant, a renowned Punjabi writer, and his wife Mrs. Surinder Kaur.
Club President Eng. Aakash Sharma and Joint Secretary Eng. Rupinder Singh Bhola said that in this child development camp, 147 children of six schools were distributed coats as a reward for surviving the winter. At the beginning of the program, Shabad was sung by the students of the school. The club president also said that in this program, students of 5 schools in Patiala city and one government senior secondary school in Alowal village were given these jerseys as prizes.
The general secretary of the club, Eng. Abhinav, also shared his views and said that education not only changes our lives but also develops the society with progressive thinking. The chief guest, Mr. Sukhdev Singh Shan Ji, said that he has been associated with the club for the last 25 years and he inspired the students to study with all his heart.
He also said that many institutions in Patiala city are serving the students so that they do not face any difficulty in their study material and it is also our duty to learn from these institutions and become useful to the society.
On this occasion, Basant Ritu Youth Club Patiala founder Rajesh Sharma Ramtatwali thanked the teachers and students of various schools like Khalsa Sewak Jatha Senior Secondary School, Khalsa Senior Secondary School Mall Road, BN Khalsa Senior Secondary School Sirhind Road, Hindu Public High School, Pind Alowal Senior Secondary School, Bhadson Senior Secondary School for reaching the child development camp. Club members Mukesh Kumar, Dharminder Kumar, Ayok Nasra, Meharwan Singh Magon, Dharamvir Sharma etc. were present in this program.
