Hoshiarpur - A thanksgiving ceremony was held at Sachkhand Sri Guru Ravidas Gurdwara Sahib at village Attowal by the newly formed panchayat and with the support of the community. In which chanting of Shri Sukhmani Sahib ji was conducted and kirtan was conducted.
 The Nagar's Numberdar Sehbana and the patriarch of the town honored the newly appointed Sarpanch Raghveer Singh and Panchayat members Daljinder Singh, Balveer Kaur, Barjinder Kaur, Gurbakhsh Singh, Balwinder Singh and Dayal Singh.
Sarpanch Raghveer Singh thanked Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji and while thanking the entire town said that without any discrimination the work of all the residents of the town will be done on the basis of priority and will be present 24 hours in the service of the whole town and the progress of the village. Special measures will be taken for Youth will be kept away from drugs and encouraged towards sports.
