
Rewari district unit of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana was formed, hundreds of journalists took membership of the union
Rewari/Chandigarh (Bureau) 18 May 2025- Rewari district unit of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana was formed today at Sand Piper Restaurant in Rewari under the chairmanship of the State President of the Union, Dr. Indu Bansal.

A meeting of the Rewari district unit of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana was held in Rewari, known as the holy land of the martyrs of the Indian Army, in which senior journalist of Rewari, Dhanesh Vidyarthi was appointed as the District President of Rewari unit.
In the program, the newly appointed District President of Rewari unit Dhanesh Vidyarthi and all the journalists present presented the holy book Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta to the State President of the Union, Dr. Indu Bansal.
Addressing all the journalists on this occasion, State President of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana, Dr. Indu Bansal said that Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana works on the policy of 'not me but we'. Today, in the same sequence, Rewari district unit has been formed for the strengthening of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh, in which Rewari's senior journalist Dhanesh Vidyarthi has been made the District President, Pawan Toomna has been made the General Secretary, Jagdish Yadav has been made the Chief Patron.

Dr Bansal said that before the formation of Rewari district unit, Gohana and Ambala district units of the union have been formed, similarly now the district executive of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana will be formed in entire Haryana, in which soon the appointment and announcement of executives of Palwal district will be done on 18 May and Pataudi district on 25 May.
Addressing the meeting, State General Secretary Rajesh Ahuja said that Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana is the only journalist union whose membership fee is only Rs 10. This is an example in entire India.
The meeting was conducted by the state spokesperson of the union Naveen Bansal. He said that the union takes all the journalists along. He informed the journalists about the 10-point demands placed by the union before the Haryana government and also stressed on journalist unity.
The newly appointed district president of the union Dhanesh Vidyarthi thanked the state president of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana Dr. Indu Bansal as well as all the journalists and the entire state executive of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh for his appointment and expressed loyalty towards the union.
